Like a nice little "button", this 2 sided yellow sapphire cab is really cute. The fine polish and hexagonal motifs and dotted gray core is unusual and a rare encounter. If you look carefully, there is even a weak to medium star in the background. There is "sheen" in the immediate layer under the polished surface giving rise the "asterism". An attractive and an affordable piece.
