Worldwide Shipping

When time is the primary consideration, we recommend the one to three-day door-to-door services offered by FedEx Express - which costs around $18.00 for a 500-gram item - or EMS Express, but the price of regular airmail is generally lower. However, we are flexible with regards to shipping options, so, if you have a preference for other carriers and/or services, please let us know.

Items purchased from GemWow will be packed in a small box, and placed inside an envelope in order to reduce shipping costs. In addition, we also provide a gift-wrapping service for a special person and/or occasion.

Item Weight

Every item is weighed with a digital balance, and we try to be as accurate as possible. However, please note that for some multi-stone lots only an approximate weight, or range of weights, will be provided, and there may be some slight variance in terms of the sizes of each individual stone within the parcel.

Returns and Refunds

GemWow wants you to be satisfied with your purchase,. However, should this not be the case, you may return an item for a full refund, minus fees already incurred for outbound shipping, handling, bank transfers, insurance, tax and/or duty. This process must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date, and the item(s) must be returned in the same condition as when it arrived.

Before posting an item back to GemWow, please ask us for an authorization code first, and make sure you send the item by registered and/or insured mail. The customer will again be responsible for all of the above-listed external service fees that may be associated with the item's return, including any duties that are imposed by Thai customs. However, GemWow will not impose any of our own additional hidden internal fees, such as restocking, labor, (etc.).

Gemwow will not take responsibility loss or breakage of the item after it has left our premises, and disputes of this nature are to be resolved between the customer and shipping provider. However, GemWow may be willing and able to provide evidence to support either party's claim should such a dispute arise.
