Payment Guidelines

GemWow offers the following three convenient, fast and secure payment systems for our customers:

1. PayPal

PayPal is safe, fast and allows customers to sign up for an account free of charge. The system allows payments to be made from existing PayPal funds, or via an associated bank account or Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express credit/debit card. In order to make a PayPal payment to GemWow, you will prompted to provide our account's associated email address, namely pay@gemwow.com.

2. Bank Transfer (Swift)

Customers have the option of sending an international Swift payment from their bank account to the

following GemWow account:

In addition to any sending fees already requested by their own bank, customers must also add $20 to the total payment amount in order to cover Bangkok Bank's receiving fee.

GemWow will dispatch the item(s) within 24 hours of receiving notification that the full amount has arrived in the above account, and, while this is usually around three to five days after the customer activates the payment, Swift transaction times may take longer from certain banks and/or localities.

3. Payment by Bank Check or Cash (Thailand-based customers only)

We also accept bank checks from Thailand-based customers, and these typically take between one and seven working days to clear. In addition, cash payments can be made directly at the Jewelry Trade Center building (919/1 Silom Rd, Khwaeng Silom, Khet Bang Rak, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon 10500, Thailand).
