This is a very attractive light blue fancy cut topaz with flutes carved into the surface. The overall shape is something like a seashell. The piece is approximately 23 mm long and 18 mm wide. It is set with gold and has a red cabochon stone as a cap. The topaz does not have any inclusions that are visible to the eye. No pendant loops or clips have been attached to this stone, so it can be fisnished and worn however one would like. Carved in Germany. A well thought out artistic piece. |
